কর্মীদের অর্থনৈতিক স্বাবলম্বিতা গঠনের কৌশল Strategy for Building Workers' Economic Self-Reliance

প্রতিটি ওয়ার্ডে ১৫–২৫ জন করে "পেশাভিত্তিক কমিটি" গঠন করা হবে। এই কমিটিগুলো স্থানীয় পেশা ও চাহিদা অনুযায়ী গঠিত হবে। Profession-based committees of 15–25 members will be formed in each ward, structured according to local professions and needs.

উপজেলার বিভিন্ন সরকারি অধিদপ্তরের সহায়তায় কর্মীদের পেশাভিত্তিক প্রশিক্ষণের ব্যবস্থা করা হবে। প্রশিক্ষণের মাধ্যমে কর্মীরা নিজ পেশায় দক্ষতা অর্জন করবেন এবং আধুনিক পদ্ধতিতে উৎপাদন বৃদ্ধি করতে সক্ষম হবেন। Workers will receive profession-based training with the support of various government departments at the upazila level, enabling them to gain expertise and boost productivity through modern methods.

উপজেলা পর্যায়ের এনজিও এবং আর্থিক বিনিয়োগকারী সংস্থার তত্ত্বাবধানে কর্মীদের দক্ষতা অনুযায়ী প্রয়োজনীয় বিনিয়োগ ও রিকাভারির ব্যবস্থা করা হবে। এতে কর্মীরা জামানতমুক্ত ঋণ সুবিধা পাবেন এবং তাদের উদ্যোগকে টেকসই করা সম্ভব হবে। Under the supervision of upazila-level NGOs and financial institutions, investment and recovery mechanisms will be arranged according to workers' skills, providing collateral-free loans and making their ventures sustainable.
