আমার ঘোষিত ন্যায় ও ইনসাফভিত্তিক সমাজ কাঠামো বাস্তবায়নের জন্য আত্মনির্ভরশীল, নীতিবান ও আদর্শসম্পন্ন নেতা-কর্মী বাহিনী গঠন করা এখন সময়ের অপরিহার্য দাবি।
নির্বাচন পরবর্তী সময়ে আপনাদের সাহসী ও সময়োপযোগী পদক্ষেপ জনমনে নতুন আশা ও আস্থার সৃষ্টি করেছে। তবে দীর্ঘদিনের অসুস্থ রাজনৈতিক সংস্কৃতির কারণে এখনো কিছু মানুষ সেই ইতিবাচক পরিবর্তনের সাথে নিজেদের পুরোপুরি মানিয়ে নিতে পারেনি।
এই মুহূর্তে সবচেয়ে বেশি প্রয়োজন—
বিপথগামী ও অনৈতিক কর্মকাণ্ডে জড়িতদের নিরুৎসাহিত করা এবং সমাজের ক্লিন ইমেজসম্পন্ন, সৎ, দক্ষ ও যোগ্য মানুষদের রাজনীতিতে এগিয়ে আনার জন্য শক্ত সাংগঠনিক উদ্যোগ গ্রহণ করা।
আমি দৃঢ়ভাবে বিশ্বাস করি—
এই পথেই রাজনীতিতে শুদ্ধতা ফিরে আসবে, জনগণের আস্থা আরও শক্তিশালী হবে এবং একটি মানবিক, সুশৃঙ্খল ও উন্নত সমাজ গঠন সম্ভব হবে।
রাজনৈতিক কর্মীদের জবাবদিহিতা ও স্বচ্ছতা নিশ্চিত করতে এবং তাদের জীবনমান উন্নয়নের লক্ষ্যে এই প্রকল্পটি গ্রহণ করা হয়েছে। প্রতিটি কর্মী যেন তার দায়িত্ব সম্পর্কে সচেতন থাকে এবং নিজেকে স্বাবলম্বী করে গড়ে তুলতে পারে।
This project was undertaken to ensure accountability and transparency of political workers and to improve their standard of living. Every worker should be aware of their responsibilities and be able to make themselves self-reliant.
আমাদের লক্ষ্য হলো একটি স্মার্ট প্ল্যাটফর্মের মাধ্যমে কর্মীদের দক্ষতা বিকাশ করা, তাদের কার্যক্রম পর্যবেক্ষণ করা এবং সমাজের উন্নয়নে তাদের সক্রিয় ভূমিকা নিশ্চিত করা। Our goal is to develop workers' skills through a smart platform, monitor their activities, and ensure their active role in societal development.

আপনাদের ত্যাগ, সংগ্রাম ও নির্যাতনের বিনিময়েই আজ আমাদের দল এই অবস্থানে এসেছে।
এটি শুধু রাজনৈতিক সফলতা নয়—এটি আপনাদের রক্ত-ঘাম ও আত্মত্যাগের অর্জন। ❤️
Our party has reached this position through your sacrifice, struggle, and suffering. This is not merely political success — it is an achievement earned through your blood, sweat, and selflessness. ❤️
কিন্তু আমাদের মনে রাখতে হবে, ক্ষমতায় এসে প্রথম দায়িত্ব হলো—
But we must remember, upon gaining power, the first responsibility is —
- 🇧🇩 দলমত নির্বিশেষে জনগণকে একটি জনবান্ধব সরকার উপহার দেওয়া এবং
- 🇧🇩 To offer a people-friendly government to the public regardless of party lines, and
- 🌍 দেশ-বিদেশে সরকারের গ্রহণযোগ্যতা ও সুনাম প্রতিষ্ঠা করা।
- 🌍 To establish the government's acceptance and reputation at home and abroad.
এই সময়ে বিভিন্ন মহল, বিশেষ করে রাজনৈতিক প্রতিপক্ষ ও দুষ্কৃতিকারীরা পরিস্থিতিকে অস্থিতিশীল করার চেষ্টা করতে পারে। তাই আবেগ নয়, ধৈর্য ও শৃঙ্খলার সঙ্গে পরিস্থিতি মোকাবিলা করতে হবে।
At this time, various quarters — especially political opponents and troublemakers — may try to destabilize the situation. Therefore, we must face the situation not with emotion, but with patience and discipline.

দল দৃশ্যমানভাবে শক্ত অবস্থানে থাকলেও দেশের স্বার্থে আমাদের ত্যাগ ও দায়িত্ব এখনো শেষ হয়নি।

কিন্তু আইন নিজের হাতে তুলে নেবেন না।
প্রয়োজনে অভিযোগ দিন, সাংগঠনিক ও আইনি প্রক্রিয়ার আশ্রয় নিন।

আমরা ভুলে যেতে পারি না — দীর্ঘ ১৭ বছরে একটি সরকার জনগণের চেয়ে ব্যক্তি ও গোষ্ঠীর স্বার্থকে বেশি গুরুত্ব দেওয়ায় জনবিচ্ছিন্ন হয়ে পড়েছিল। আমরা সেই ভুলের পুনরাবৃত্তি চাই না।
We cannot forget — over 17 years, a government became disconnected from the people by prioritizing individual and group interests over public welfare. We do not want to repeat that mistake.
