বর্তমানে দলীয় কমিটি বিচার–শালিস, সরকারি সুবিধা বিতরণ ও বাজার ব্যবস্থাপনায় জড়িয়ে যাওয়ায় "দল সুবিধা খাচ্ছে" — এই ধারণা তৈরি হয়। নন-পার্টিজান কমিউনিটি সেল এই সব বিতর্কিত কাজ আলাদাভাবে পরিচালনা করবে, ফলে দল রাজনৈতিক বিতর্ক থেকে মুক্ত থাকবে। Currently, when party committees get involved in arbitration, benefit distribution, and market management, the perception that "the party is benefiting" arises. The non-partisan community cell will handle these controversial tasks separately, keeping the party free from political controversy.
