দলের কমিটির সদস্যদের মধ্যে কমপক্ষে "সুপার ১ থেকে ১০" জন দায়িত্বশীল ব্যক্তিকে বিচার–শালিস, সরকারি সুযোগ–সুবিধা বণ্টন ও বাজার টোল আদায় — এই তিনটি অত্যন্ত সংবেদনশীল এবং বিতর্কিত কাজ থেকে সম্পূর্ণভাবে বিরত রাখা জরুরি। At least the "Super 1 to 10" responsible persons among the party committee members must be completely kept away from three highly sensitive and controversial activities: arbitration, government benefit distribution, and market toll collection.

১. রাজনৈতিক নেতা–কর্মীদের সরাসরি সম্পৃক্ততায় প্রায়ই যা হয়: 1. Direct involvement of political leaders/workers often leads to:

২. একটি সদস্যের ভুল আচরণ পুরো দলের ইমেজ, সংগঠন, জনসমর্থন ও রাজনৈতিক ভবিষ্যৎ ধ্বংস করতে পারে।One member's misconduct can destroy the entire party's image, organization, public support, and political future.
৩. বিচার–শালিস বা টোল নিয়ন্ত্রণের মতো কাজে দুর্নীতির সুযোগ বেশি — যা দলকে জনগণের চোখে বিতর্কিত করে তোলে।Activities like arbitration or toll control offer more opportunities for corruption — making the party controversial in public eyes.
৪. এসব কাজ রাজনৈতিক কমিটির হাতে থাকলে ভেতরে ভেতরে গ্রুপিং, বিরোধ, পদের অপব্যবহার বাড়ে এবং দল দুর্বল হয়ে পড়ে।If these activities remain with the political committee, internal grouping, conflict, and abuse of position increase, weakening the party.
